**Role Overview**

We are looking for a full-time SEO/SEM Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The role involves driving organic traffic growth, managing paid search campaigns, and leveraging analytics for performance optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute on-page SEO: optimize meta tags, headers, site structure, and content.
- Implement off-page SEO: build high-quality backlinks and conduct outreach.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site issues like sitemaps, crawl errors, and indexing.
- Track and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Manage PPC/SEM campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers for SEO-aligned content and website updates.
- Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in SEO and/or SEM.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for implementing technical fixes).
- PPC campaign experience (Google Ads) is a plus.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

**Preferred but Optional**
- Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other recognized courses.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,503.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month
