clients across the globe. They operate across geographies, with sales and delivery centers in India,

the Philippines, and the USA. These offices provide clients (businesses) with strategic assistance and

placement (marketing) services.

Job position: Administration Executive

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Location: Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11PM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors

Our Requirements:

- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Good Communication skills
- Work hours: 2 pm to 11 pm
- Job location: Nehrunagar
- Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in office administration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
