To be able to handle team of 3-4members including die makers and fitters.
- To plan for daily activities, process planning as per drawing and assign priorities.
- To give guidance to die makers and fitters in case of drawing queries, process sequence and tool assembly complications.
- Co-ordination with tool room group leader for work load and priority in advance.
- Daily review of die makers and fitters work and reports.
- To maintain all available documentation work.
- To attend tool trails, analysis and trouble shooting of press tools, die casting dies, jigs/fixtures and gauges.
- Arrange inputs like raw material etc.
- Drawing study.
- Housekeeping.
- NTTF/GTTC/CTTC Tool and Die Making.
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
- Problem solving skills
- Hands-on experience on all conventional machines, AutoCAD 2000,microsoft excel and word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good manufacturing knowledge in precision machined and press parts.
- Press tool/Jigs/Fixtures design and manufacturing knowledge
- Own Vehicle must
- Follow tool room standards.
- Problem escalation
