4 To 5 Years Experience in Plastics injection moulding maintenance.

1. Knowledge about energy saving projects & energy efficiency.

2. Utilization of energy

3. Energy Management in APFC panels, cooling towers, chillers, oil filtration.

4. Ensures maintenance conforming to set standards (minimum machine stoppage,

5. minimum breakdowns, on time preventive maintenance for all plant equipment’s).

6. Enforces all documents/ records in place and up to date as per the department work instructions.

7. Ensure all documents/ records are effectively implemented and followed.

8. Ensures proper identification for all plant equipment’s.

a. Responsible for corrective and preventive actions on non-conformance.

9. Responsible for Training of team members on department work instructions / records.

10. Ensure department goals are achieved.

11. Should have thorough knowledge in the field of electrical, mechanical and electronics (if possible).

12. Should be capable of reading machine drawings and electrical circuits.

13. Should have knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics.

14. PLC knowledge would be an advantage.

15. Should have thorough knowledge of all engineering machine equipment’s

16. (Injection moulding machines, assembly machines, special equipment’s and

a. plant equipment’s).

17. Should have worked in a commercial manufacturing / Injection moulding industry.

18. Should have handled at least manpower of 10members.

19. Should have knowledge of all moulding equipment’s like, Desiccant driers/ Dehumidifier driers / Dew point control measures.

20. Should have sufficient knowledge of 5S, Value engineering, why-why analysis.

21. Should be committed to work for smooth plant function.

22. Toggle, greasing & searching hydraulic & electrical fault

23. Preventive maintenance of hydraulic as well as electrical control

24. House wiring like Single Phase wiring new wirings of plant.

25. HT & LT Circuit of an Injection moulding plant

26. Check machines observed the abnormality and take the actions.

27. Planning and handling break down maintenance activities of injection moulding their related utility equipment.

28. Working as shift Engineer and reducing the breakdown hours of the machines by effective troubleshooting.

29. Maintenance of lubrication system on each shutdown.

30. Supervising and control the skilled and unskilled work man powers.

31. Knowledge of work permits, special permit, height work permits, and hot pass issued to external sources of engineering vendors, and service technicians.

32. Follow up maintenance of inspection, manuals, machine wise history data, Shift wise reading update.

33. Managing spares stock & Handling Supplier Base.

34. Primary team member of Energy Management system.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
