A cylindrical grinding operator operates a cylindrical grinding machine to create parts with precise dimensions and finishes. This process is used in many industries, including manufacturing and engineering. Responsibilities
- Preparing the workpiece
- Selecting the right grinding wheel
- Setting up the grinding machine parameters
- Grinding the workpiece to the required dimensions, shapes, and tolerances
- Checking and replacing or dressing the grinding wheels
- Maintaining specifications
- Troubleshooting processes
- Adjusting controls
- Replacing worn tools
- Adhering to quality assurance procedures

Skills and qualifications
- Knowledge of cylindrical grinding machines
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of operating cylindrical grinding machines for internal and external grinding

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
