**Job Summary**:
The ID (Internal Diameter) Grinding Operator is responsible for operating grinding machines to perform precision internal diameter grinding on metal components, ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy as per specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Set up and operate ID grinding machines (manual or CNC) to perform precision internal grinding tasks.
- Select and mount grinding wheels and other attachments.
- **Job Preparation & Inspection**:

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools like bore gauges, micrometers, and comparators.
- **Process Monitoring**:

- Monitor machine operations for accuracy, surface finish, and tolerance.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain quality.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain production and inspection records as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Hands-on experience with ID grinding machines
- Strong knowledge of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Basic understanding of machining parameters (speed, feed, depth)
- **Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die / Production Engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in ID Grinding operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
