**We are looking for a dedicated Recruiters to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.**
- Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

**Desired Skills**:

- Bulk hiring domestic experience
- Experience in Hiring for BPO Clients/Requirements
- Multi-tasking; a recruiter is often expected to multi-task
- Negotiation skills
- Goal-orientated approach to work
- Problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Good decision-making skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 110074, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

- Talent acquisition: 1 year (preferred)
- BPO HIRING: 1 year (preferred)
- BULK HIRING: 1 year (preferred)
- Negotiation: 1 year (preferred)
