**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Specialist
**Company**: Valeur Fabtex Private Limited
**Location**: NSP, New Delhi
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month
**Working Days**: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives that align with the company's goals.
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract the right talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Ensure all hiring policies, procedures, and techniques are aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Provide timely reports on recruitment activities and strategies to improve efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
