Hiring and Recruitment Team Management
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the organization.
- Partner closely with External Sourcing for overall Talent Acquisition processes, plans, programs and tools
- Manages the ATS and recruitment technology tools Talent Attraction
- Develop and deliver overall talent attraction strategy including strategic use of our hiring channels.
- Develop and analyze the current recruitment metrics and continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the organization.
- Ensure the hiring process is delivered at the highest of standards at all times
- Implementing and managing the ATS and other recruitment technology tool Roles & Responsibilities

- Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities
- Handle complex & challenging environments & deal with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and reporting, applicant tracking systems, and direct sourcing tools
- Proven 8-12 years of experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Prior experience working with ATS systems
