**Learning Business Partner Responsibilities**:

- Responsible and accountable for the learning and business performance of our global partners
- Ensure that learning incorporates regional/cultural requirements such that solutions are adapted to unique geographical needs
- Identify actionable insights, make recommendations, and influence the learning strategy through effective communication
- Responsible for both on boarding and ongoing development of our extended workforce as improvements to process, policy, and tooling are available
- Routinely provide coaching and feedback to trainers delivering instructor-led programs and onsite train-the-trainer sessions
- Partner with teams in Customer Operations to gain a deep understanding of current and emerging business goals and priorities
- Collaborate effectively within the Learning and Performance team as well as cross-functional business partners to achieve all high priority learning initiatives. May coach or mentor learning and performance support professionals as necessary.
- Serve as an advocate for the learner by taking part in regular audience and user research and RCAs to inform design and determine performance outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a network of strategic relationships across key stakeholders through consistent consultation sessions on their learning and performance improvement needs.
- Develop and institute lean processes that drive learning operations excellence
- Collaborate effectively with team members across geo-locations/time zones
- Manage the implementation of learning solutions, which includes planning, communications, enrollment, regionalization (when necessary), and delivery.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the learning solutions that we‘ve developed and feed back recommendations to the global team to ensure all learning solutions evolve as the business evolves
- Ensure smooth administration of operations, logistics, and communication associated with delivering training programs
- Strong project management skills and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience engaging, communicating and influencing stakeholders at various levels across the organization
- Advanced interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Experience using data to drive decision-making and recommendations for performance solutions. Experience distilling data into concise, relevant communications
- 5+ years of experience in a learning & development/training role within an operations setting
- 5+ years of training facilitation experience
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Operations and/or Customer Support teams and knowledge of the learning challenges faced in these environments
- Experience implementing learning modalities at scale including blended, digital self-paced/eLearning, coaching models, video-based learning, MOOC [Delete MOOC] and integrated performance support
- Experience using learning management systems [LMS]
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
- Travel: 10 - 15%

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of consulting experience
- Experience working with outsourcing sites/offshore providers
- Experience architecting learning solutions within the tech industry or within an operations environment
- Yellow Belt - Six Sigma
