Assistant Marketing Manager – Partner Schools

Location: Mumbai | Work from Office | Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Laptop Mandatory | Immediate Joiners Preferred

CTC: ₹40,000

Dreamtime Learning is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager (Partner Schools) to drive growth and engagement across our partner school network. The role demands a dynamic marketing professional who can balance digital campaigns, social media presence, and on-ground marketing initiatives while managing relationships with 40–50 partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

Partner School Marketing & Growth:

  • Manage marketing activities for 40–50 partner schools.
  • Run and monitor digital paid ad campaigns (Google & Social Media).
  • Track performance daily and ensure lead targets are achieved.
  • Review and update partner lead sheets; ensure partners follow up with leads on time.
  • Conduct monthly check-in meetings with partners.
  • Maintain a Growth Dashboard with ad spends, CPL, and performance.

Social Media Management:

  • Design yearly static social media posts (festive & brand-related).
  • Develop 5 reel ideas per month and train 1 teacher per school on reels & collaboration with parents.
  • Monitor monthly social media activity of partner schools and submit reports.
  • Set up and optimize Facebook, Instagram & Google My Business accounts for new partner schools.

Marketing Collaterals & Creatives:

  • Create brochures, signboards, emailers, banners, admission forms, and branding materials for new partners.
  • Design festival, event, and campaign-specific creatives.
  • Support partner schools with indoor & outdoor branding needs.

Engagement & Testimonials:

  • Capture partner testimonials and feedback for internal use.
  • Support during training sessions to highlight marketing impact.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and social media strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partners and deliver results.
  • Strong creative skills for social media & marketing collaterals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate joiners with their own laptop preferred.
