Overview

Summary

The Partner Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally with Partner Marketing and Field Marketing to provide administrative marketing support of Co-Op/MDF activity submissions, approvals, and claims with manufacturer partners, maximizing the recognized investment of partner program dollars. This position is an integral part of the marketing organization supporting C1 to increase marketing investments of Strategic Partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year's experience in marketing, partner marketing, and/or vendor management for a professional services company
  • Proficient in the English language (written/verbal)
  • Knowledge and proficiency working in partner marketing portals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Understands external manufacturer partner program requirements and communicates to cross-functional teams for the purpose of adhering to Co-Op/MDF guidelines
  • Enters and manages all Co-Op and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) submissions in partner portals for approvals and claims
  • Communicates partner approvals to cross functional teams as appropriate
  • Works proactively with internal marketing teams to identify and secure proof of performance requirements
  • Tracks and reports claim submissions weekly; communicates financial accruals to Finance Team through monthly accrual reporting
  • Reports bi-weekly on strategic investments committed/received by C1
  • Manages comprehensive list of partner portals and team member access
