As an Event Coordinator, numerous responsibilities fall under your purview to ensure the success of events:

- **Planning and Development**: Conceptualize and plan events in accordance with clients' objectives, including setting timelines, budgets, and expected deliverables.
- **Vendor Management**: Select and manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with all event specifications.
- **Venue Coordination**: Oversee the selection and booking of venues, ensuring they meet all event requirements and standards.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and catering, addressing any issues that may arise during the event.
- **Client and Guest Relations: Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met, and manage guest interactions before, during, and after the event.**:

- **Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefing sessions and provide reports on the event's success, including feedback from clients and attendees.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
