Event Speciale is an event management company based in Pune, India that specializes in producing a wide variety of events including concerts, stage shows, theatre shows, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, music and comedy festivals, mice events, cultural festivals, contests, promotions, and more.

We are seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to join our team and lead the pre
- production, and successful execution of our upcoming project & various future events.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven live event production experience required; experience in overseeing and producing large scale, multi-faceted productions (exhibitions, flea markets, music, theater, sports etc)

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event /Project Permissions and Licenses Procurement**: The Event Production Manager is responsible for making sure the required permission & Licenses for the events are procured on time to a smooth & hustle free event
- **Planning and Coordinating**: The Event Production Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the event, including but not limited to venue selection & booking, event logistics, vendor coordination, equipment rental, talent management, stage management, and production timelines. They must ensure that every aspect of the event is well-planned and executed within the allocated budget
- **Budget Management**:The Event Production Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and reconciling the event budget. They must ensure that all expenses are tracked and reported to the client and the management team
- **Vendor Management**: The Event Production Manager is responsible for managing vendors, including negotiating contracts, booking equipment and ensuring vendors meet all obligations, such as set-up and delivery; on time submission of vendor invoices and their payments
- **Talent Management**: The Event Production Manager is responsible for managing talent and ensuring that performers, speakers, and other participants are prepared, managed and coordinated throughout the event
- **Technical Production**: The Event Production Manager will oversee the technical production of the event, ensuring that all audio, video, and lighting equipment is working effectively and that all technicians a
