**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Providing information to visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Handling inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized front office area.
- Ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents for easy retrieval.
- Answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate department.
- Managing and coordinating all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, Google Sheets and managing data as required.
- Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
- Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Coordinating HR-related meetings and training sessions.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Arranging necessary logistics for conferences and gatherings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
