**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at FlyWorld Holidays, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel products and services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the company. You will work directly with customers to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, and close sales deals, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Identify potential customers and proactively reach out to generate leads.
- Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Offer expert travel advice on destinations, packages, and promotions.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Promote and sell travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and holiday packages).
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services (e.g., travel insurance, excursions).
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
- **Documentation and Coordination**:

- Prepare and present quotations, contracts, and booking confirmations to clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, car rentals) to ensure timely and accurate bookings.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise during the travel process.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, popular destinations, and promotions to provide clients with the latest information.
- Monitor competitor offerings and suggest improvements for the agency's product offerings.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and booking details.
- Handle the processing of payments and manage travel-related documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or travel agency operations **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and travel industry trends.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English.
- **Other**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
