**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update inventory databases on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Prepare MIS reports related to stock levels, inward & outward movement, consumption, and aging analysis.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete stock items and share insights with management.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for resolution.
- Generate purchase requirement reports based on minimum stock levels.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly stock audits and provide required data.
- Automate reports (Excel, ERP, or MIS tools) for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate data to management for inventory planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in inventory/warehouse/supply chain.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy of inventory data vs. physical stock.
- Timeliness of MIS report submission.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies.
- Efficiency in report automation and analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
