Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Department: IT/Information Systems

**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Management Information Systems. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the MIS infrastructure, providing technical support, managing databases, and generating reports. The MIS Executive will work closely with various departments to support their technology needs and ensure that the data and systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage the organization’s MIS infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of MIS systems.
- Regularly update and maintain the hardware and software used in the MIS.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitor data storage and ensure compliance with data retention policies.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to various departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new MIS solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and ensure mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify system improvement opportunities.
- Ensure that MIS systems comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect data and systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting MIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of database management, SQL, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other business management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or relevant areas.
