**Job Title**: Food & Beverages Supervisor

**Job Summary**

The Food & Beverages Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of food and beverage services to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient performance. The role involves staff management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities in food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure all food and beverage operations are executed in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor service quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain timely service and food quality.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Address staff concerns and assist in conflict resolution.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring their satisfaction with food and beverage services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a guest-focused culture among the team.
- **Inventory & Budget Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for stock as needed.
- Ensure accurate stock control to minimize waste.
- Assist in budget preparation and adhere to cost control measures.
- **Compliance and Health Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold safety standards.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions.
- Liaise with clients to meet specific food and beverage needs for events.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare and present daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills also good knowledge in microsoft excel and google sheets
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

**Education and Certifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

**Work Environment**
- Fast-paced restaurant, or sweets environment.
- Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of heavy items.

Pay: ₹15,999.19 - ₹25,233.56 per month
