**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure guests have an outstanding experience, addressing their needs promptly.
- **Order Taking & Serving**:

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and at the correct temperature.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and drink pairings.
- **Preparation & Setup**:

- Set up tables with clean linen, silverware, glassware, and other required items.
- Ensure the restaurant area is clean, organized, and well-stocked for each shift.
- **Billing & Payments**:

- Present bills to guests and handle payments as required.
- Manage transactions with accuracy and handle cash/credit responsibly.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service.
- Assist colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- **Compliance & Training**:

- Follow hotel policies and service standards.
- Attend training sessions on customer service, safety, food handling, and hotel procedures.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and food safety standards.
