**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Listing & Optimization**:
- Create, update, and manage product listings on multiple marketplaces.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for better search visibility.
- Ensure high-quality images and accurate product details.
**Order Management & Fulfillment**:
- Process and track orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners for smooth operations.
- Handle return requests and customer complaints efficiently.
**Marketplace Performance Monitoring**:
- Analyze sales trends and marketplace insights to improve performance.
- Monitor and maintain product ratings, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and new marketplace features.
**Advertising & Promotions**:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Implement promotional strategies like deals, coupons, and offers.
**Inventory & Pricing Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and update pricing strategies accordingly.
**Reports & Data Analysis**:
- Generate reports on sales, returns, and customer behavior.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement areas.
**Requirements**:
✔ **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ **1-3 years** of experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
✔ Strong knowledge of **SEO, PPC, and marketplace algorithms**.
✔ Proficiency in **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis**.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
