We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across various platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website. You will play a crucial role in driving online sales, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
- Manage our Shopify website, including product uploads, updates, and maintenance.
- Conduct market research and product planning to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Handle inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including packaging, shipping, and delivery tracking.
- Generate reports and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and platform updates to optimize strategies and tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising platforms, including Amazon Advertising.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms is a plus.
