**E-commerce Executive (Meesho / Flipkart / Myntra)**

**Location**: ROHINI SEC-14
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize **product listings** on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce portals.
- Upload accurate product details (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes).
- Track **inventory, pricing, discounts, and promotions** to maximize visibility and sales.
- Prepare and analyze **sales reports in MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Handle **order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer escalations** on seller panels.
- Research competitor listings and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of **Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra** seller dashboards (Amazon/other platforms a plus).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of **SEO for product listings**.
- Familiarity with **e-commerce tools, ERP, or inventory management software**.
- Experience in **digital marketing / campaign management** on marketplaces.
