**Job Role: Telesales Executive**
**Work Location: Nasiyanur**
**Skills: sales and billing**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Generating leads and closing sales**: Making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase.
- **Handling customer inquiries and complaints**: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to products, services, or billing.
- **Maintaining customer records**: Updating customer information, logging interactions, and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- **Meeting sales targets**: Achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to revenue growth.
- **Providing excellent customer service**: Ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.
- **Following up on leads and opportunities**: Ensuring high conversion rates by nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- **Collaborating with the sales team**: Working with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- **Generating and issuing invoices**: Creating and sending invoices to customers based on sales agreements.
- **Verifying billing accuracy**: Ensuring the accuracy of billing data and correcting any errors before invoicing.
- **Maintaining billing system and customer records**: Keeping the billing system updated and managing customer account information.
- **Handling billing inquiries and complaints**: Addressing customer questions and resolving billing disputes.
- **Preparing billing reports**: Generating reports for management on outstanding debts, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
