**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough research on various legal topics, including but not limited to corporate law, IPR, and NCLT matters.
- **Drafting and Reviewing Documents**: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings and consultations to understand their legal needs and provide assistance under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- **Case Preparation**: Support senior attorneys in the preparation of cases for court proceedings, including gathering and organizing evidence, preparing briefs, and conducting witness interviews.
- **File Management**: Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- **Legal Updates**: Stay updated on current legal developments, industry trends, and changes in legislation relevant to our practice areas.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with court personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong academic record and keen interest in legal practice.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior internship experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, or real estate law.
