Position**:Corporate Advocate - Legal (Real Estate)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate & Real Estate Legal Advisory**:

- Draft, vet, and negotiate real estate agreements, such as Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), MOUs, and Power of Attorneys.
- Conduct due diligence on property titles and ownership for land acquisition and development.
- Provide legal opinions on land use, zoning regulations, RERA compliance, and municipal clearances.
- Ensure corporate legal compliance under Companies Act, RERA, Contract Act, and allied laws.

**Court Liaisoning & Litigation Handling**:

- Represent the company or coordinate with external counsels in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters, especially in property disputes, arbitration, and consumer forums.
- Appear in courts, tribunals, and government offices when necessary.
- Handle documentation, filing, case tracking, and ensure timely appearance in legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advocates, registrars, court clerks, and relevant authorities.
- Regularly update internal stakeholders on litigation risks, status of ongoing matters, and next steps.

**Regulatory & Compliance**:

- Ensure timely compliance with RERA, local development authority guidelines, and municipal rules.
- Handle legal documentation for project approvals, registration, and license renewals.
- Manage responses to legal notices, RTIs, or statutory queries from authorities.
- Maintain legal MIS, case tracker, and repository of legal documents.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Deep understanding of **real estate laws**, **property documentation**, and **land-related legal issues**.
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with **court processes**, filings, and government liaisoning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across internal teams and external agencies.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and deliver under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB from a recognized university (LLM preferred).
- Registered with the Bar Council of India.
- Min. 3 years of legal experience, with at least 1 years in **real estate law** and **court handling**.
