POSITION: LEGAL ADVISOR

**Note**: This position is strictly for legal professionals with **specific experience in the real estate sector** (e.g., land acquisition, property transactions, RERA, title due diligence, etc.).
**Applicants without relevant real estate experience will not be shortlisted.**

General practice lawyers without hands-on real estate experience need not to apply.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Draft, review, and negotiate** real estate contracts, sale deeds, lease agreements, MOUs, and joint venture agreements.
- **Conduct legal due diligence** on properties to ensure clear title and absence of encumbrances.
- **Advise** on land acquisition, zoning, building regulations, and municipal approvals.
- **Handle property disputes, litigation, and arbitration** in coordination with external counsel.
- **Ensure compliance** with real estate and construction laws, including RERA, local property laws, and other relevant regulations.
- **Liaise with government authorities**, registrars, and external legal teams on property registration, approvals, and permits.
- **Monitor changes in real estate laws** and provide timely updates and recommendations to management.
- **Develop and implement internal legal policies** to minimize legal risks.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)**; Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- **Minimum 5 years of legal experience**, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of property laws, land acquisition processes, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple legal matters simultaneously and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
