**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Cost Estimator with 2-3 years of experience and a civil engineering background. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Analyze project documents and develop cost models.
- Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering solutions.
- Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of cost estimating experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
