**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
1. Project Evaluation:

- Review and analyze project specifications, including client requirements, design drawings, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with the Technical department to determine the Manufacturing process, installation methodology, and site condition & gather additional information to assess the project conditions.

2. Cost Analysis:

- Research and obtain pricing information for materials, labor, and other project-related costs.
- Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of different materials and production methods.

3. Estimation Preparation:

- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Break down project costs into components such as materials, labor, equipment, permits, and overhead.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications and requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate favorable terms.

5. Proposal Development:

- Prepare clear and comprehensive proposals based on the cost estimates.
- Present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any inquiries and modifications as needed.

6. Budget Management:

- Assist in establishing project budgets and ensure that estimates align with financial objectives.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

7. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and relevant project documentation.
- Ensure that all estimates and proposals comply with company policies and standards.

8. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and market conditions.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

**Qualification**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
