We're Hiring – Interior Estimator cum Designer

Join our growing interior team as an Interior Estimator cum Designer. This dual role requires both creativity and accuracy, as it involves preparing detailed cost estimates while also contributing to design concepts and layouts. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and the project team to ensure both design excellence and budget precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for interior projects
  • Developing 2D/3D designs, layouts, and presentations
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Balancing design aesthetics with cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market rates
  • Ability to interpret drawings and provide accurate estimates
  • Creativity with a keen eye for detail
