The Interior Estimation Officer is responsible for calculating and preparing cost estimates for interior design projects, including materials, labor, and time requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of construction and interior design processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design projects, including furniture, fixtures, materials, and labor.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the quantity and cost of materials needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain up-to-date pricing information for materials and services.
- **Project Planning**:

- Collaborate with the design team to review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Develop and update cost databases for materials, finishes, and labor costs.
- Provide support in the development of project budgets and timelines.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**:

- Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Maintain relationships with vendors to stay informed of new products, trends, and pricing.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present cost reports, highlighting potential areas for cost savings or overruns.
- Regularly update management and stakeholders on budget status throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Identify and assess potential project risks related to costs and timelines.
- Provide recommendations for mitigating these risks.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure that estimates comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards, pricing trends, and construction materials.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
