2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional activities.
6. Provide timely and accurate information to management for decision-making.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Passionate about sales and business development in the EV sector.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
