**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for focused work on preparing and executing marketing plans to attract new admissions.
- Plan & execute the visibility & promotional activities for achieving admissions objectives of graduate and postgraduate programs.
- Visit target institutions, and villages to get approvals, and permissions for coordinated activities relating to promotion & visibilities.
- Vendor coordination for the execution of Hoardings, paper insertions, conducting events, society promotions, corporate presentations, etc.
- Coordinate and support the Head Office marketing team in executing the admissions plan at the local level
- Tie-ups with Regional Business Associates (RBAs), and education consultants in different locations.
- Achievement of admissions targets.
- Ensure managing of marketing activities under the guidance of the Principal
- Discuss the timely strategies and marketing plans to meet the targets
- Work in coordination with other marketing staff

**Skills Required**:

- Well Versed with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal & team Skills
- Well-versed with Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Network of contacts in the local markets for achieving promotional goals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one year of experience in promotion/ sales/ marketing/customer service
- Experience in Education Services is preferred.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Any graduate from a reputed university

**Employment Essentials**:

- Must have a two-wheeler
- Willingness to travel to different districts in Maharashtra

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
