**Sales Executive - Real Estate (Flats/Apartments Sales)**
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, site visits, and referrals.
- Respond promptly to walk-in inquiries, online leads, and calls from potential buyers.
- **Client Interaction & Relationship Building**:
- Understand the customer's real estate needs, preferences, and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Provide accurate information about the project features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, possession timelines, and legal documentation.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers and explain the project layout, model flats, and location benefits.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closure**:
- Negotiate terms of agreement and close deals.
- Assist clients in the booking process, paperwork, and initial payment stages.
- Coordinate with the CRM/legal/finance teams for smooth handover post-booking.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, offerings, and sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and project team for promotional improvements.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and pipeline updates using CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to the sales manager.
- **Event Participation & Branding**:
- Represent the company at property expos, site events, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost brand visibility.
**Additional Expectations**:
- Work during weekends and public holidays as per business demands (with compensatory offs).
- Maintain professionalism and integrity when dealing with high-value real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other legal documentation requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
