The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the IPB EMEA Performance Management/COO team in Switzerland; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

**Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)**

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Preparation of Cost Forecast documents for Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, comments & uploads. Also perform Cost Deep dives Analysis.
- Support Cost & FTE Management, which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities.
- Support various planning rounds incl. adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team.
- Upload planning figures in the system, maintenance of planning figures during the year (adjustments).
- Monthly cost and FTE forecast loads in the system, preparing commentary for explaining MoM variations.
- Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings.
- Support / run specific Performance Management related projects (e.g. cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, scenario analysis, process automation etc.)
- Project can be with specific focus or could have global background.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
- Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of the financial sector
