**Compensation**: Incentive-Based Only (No Fixed Salary - Earn Per Sale)

**About the Role**:
You’ll be calling potential clients in the **USA, Canada, Australia, and UK** to introduce our **IT services and solutions**, build rapport, and close deals.
This is a **performance-based opportunity** for people who are ambitious and want to **earn unlimited incentives** — not just a fixed salary
**What You’ll Do**:
- Handle outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Present and promote IT products and services.
- Maintain relationships with international clients.
- Achieve sales targets to unlock higher incentive slabs.
- Work closely with our IT and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Excellent **spoken English** is a must.
- Confident, positive, and self-driven personality.
- Experience in **Sales / BPO / International Calling** preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in **night shifts (USA/UK time zones)**.
- Ready to work from our **Chandigarh office**.
**Earnings**:
- 100% **Incentive-Based** - Earn a **percentage on every sale** you close.
