Role: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Intern

Location: Pune

Mode: Hybrid Onsite (Flexible)

Duration: 6 Months + Pre Placement Offer

Region: North America

Shift Timings: 6pm to 3am IST (Evening Shift)

**About Yugma**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Onboarding: Help streamline the onboarding process for new hires.

Culture & Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Administrative Support:Provide support for day-to-day operations and special projects.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Preferred Education: Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills (Google Workspace, ATS experience a plus).

Traits: Proactive, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
