We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Talent Pool Building:
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct market research to find top talent and stay updated on industry trends.


  • End-to-End Recruitment Support:
  • Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support interview logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


  • Bulk Hiring & Coordination:
  • Assist in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly for entry-level and mass recruitment needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, campus recruitment drives).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring for bulk roles.


  • Candidate Engagement & Communication:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide feedback and next steps.


  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to help improve recruitment processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activity, sourcing channels, and candidate pipeline status.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recently graduated/ post graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growing within the HR domain.
