Reservation and Ticketing Agent

Provide customer service to passengers who are booking flights
- Answer customer queries regarding flight availability and details
- Assist customers with selecting flights, airlines and destinations
- Issuance of tickets for passengers booking directly through Qantas Reservation
- Make changes to existing reservations & reissuance of tickets
- Processing refunds for cancelled tickets
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Handling Group queries and liaising with Head office for confirmations

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
