**Responsibilities**
- **Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with travel agents and customers.**:

- **Manage and maintain accurate information in the reservation system.**:

- **Ensuring guest requirements are met by liaising with hotel teams.**:

- **Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels.**:

- **Actively sell hotel facilities and promotions with a positive upselling approach.**:

- **Updating reservations reports and system with accurate information.**

**Requirements**:

- **Previous hotel / group reservation experience will be a definitive advantage.**:

- **Sound knowledge on hotel reservation systems.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication in English.**:

- **The ability to multitask and work under pressure.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
