Location: Vadodara

Shift: Night Shift (Onsite)

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct eligibility verification processes for international clients during the night shift hours.

2. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely verification of eligibility criteria.

3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information for verification purposes.

4. Maintain detailed records of verification activities and outcomes in accordance with established protocols.

5. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in eligibility verification procedures.

6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations, throughout the verification process.

7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

8. Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance knowledge and proficiency in eligibility verification procedures.

9. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information during the verification process.

10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process environment, preferably in eligibility verification or a related field.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently.

8. Flexibility to work in night shifts and adapt to changing work schedules as required.

9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
