Job Title - Assistant Manager - Operations & Product Manager (eCommerce business)

Experience - 1-4 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Job Profile Descritpion:

- Candiates must have proficient computer knowledge which includes MS word, Excel and social media hangeling, including experience on shopify is an advantage
- Manage the orders on daily basis and work with courier partner to dispatch

**Landing Page and Collection Page Development**:

- Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to design and optimize landing and collection pages for campaigns and product promotions.
- Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and aligned with the brand's aesthetics and user experience guidelines.
- Utilize Shopify themes and apps to customize the online store experience based on customer needs.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heat mapping tools.
- Prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, customer behavior) and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, website optimization, and conversion rate best practices.
- Experience working with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
