SKAD Consultants can provide Valuation Services to the following Industries: Banking & Financial Institutions as well as NBFC’s, MNC & Indian Companies, Builders & Real Estate Development Firms, Real Estate Investment Firms, Municipal Corporations & Government Institutions

**Position Title:  MIS Executive
- Loan Valuation**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Experience Required**: Fresher/ 1 Year experience

**Qualifications**:  Under Graduate/Any Graduate
- Must be able to read and write in Marathi
- Prepare valuation reports for Real Estate Properties
- Research about real estate properties and areas and provide inputs
- coordinate with clients / banks for site visits
- Ensure timely billing.
