The importance of this function within the company / Main Focus: India’s bond market is presently illiquid, there is opaqueness in price-discovery and data-asymmetry. Due to this, the need of the market participants is to have access to reliable and independent bond valuation information.
This function deals with various aspects of Fixed Income Valuation and pricing for Indian debt market which includes security level valuations of various Indian debt and developing Fixed Income analytical product for Indian market. Valuation by this dept are also used for Indices, Analytics and monitoring.

Key Role & Responsibilities: Working in Fixed income Valuation will provide you a wide and valuable experience preparing you for an exciting and dynamic career in Fixed Income markets. Specific Responsibilities
- Pricing and Valuation of various Indian debt instruments including corporate bonds, structured notes, money market instruments, government securities, state development loans, treasury bills etc.
- Working on complex bond valuation and attribution models involving bond mathematics - Sourcing and analyzing trades/quotes data through various market sources (exchange, assets managers etc.) for the purpose of pricing/valuations
- Interacting with various Indian debt market participants including fund managers on regular basis for sourcing required market intelligence. Tracking fixed income trading, issuance patterns etc..
- Maintaining and enhancing fixed income database
- Implementation of product vision for Fixed income analytical platform

**Required Skills**:

- Broad understanding of Bond Mathematics and Indian fixed income market
- Strong Analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Innovative and solution orientation. Open to new ideas and initiatives
- Ability to deliver quality output under stringent timelines with mínimal supervision
- Result orientation
- Strong Team Player - Progression towards CFA/FRM is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL/Python is an added advantage Educational Requirements: MBA / PG Specialised / CA / CFA

Location: Mumbai Corporate Office

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
