**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Debt sourcing and executing a variety of fixed income instruments like Govt. Securities (incl. T-Bills), Overnight Index Swaps (OIS) / other fixed-income derivatives, Corporate Bonds (Including Commercial Papers, Certificate of Deposits) both in primary and secondary market, Repo Market etc. in line with all investment restrictions and limits
- Maximize yield for funds and exploring new Investment opportunities in the dynamic market scenario
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, Investment Policy and operational limits etc.
- Liaising with internals stakeholders, vis-à-vis Operations, Accounting, Sales, Banking, Investment Restrictions, etc. for smooth flow of trades and tracking fund flows
- Preparing and developing MIS for management
- Develop relationships with senior level Sales representatives of Banks, Primary dealers and Brokerages
- Economic research: Maintain high frequency economic data (global as well as domestic).
- Debt Market research: Understanding of credits, tracking the yield curve and also tracking the credit spreads.
- Well versed with the concept of market liquidity & should be able to conduct detail liquidity analysis for money market funds.
- Well versed with all dealing systems like NDS, TREPS, CROMS, E-Kuber, Bloomberg, EBP,RFQ etc.
- Perform polling activity send by valuation agencies across market segments

**MEASURES OF PODUCTIVITY**:

- Performance of fixed income portfolio
- trading efficiency
- Market feedback to team, regular updates
- Quality and quantity of deal sourcing
- Team-work.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
- 5+ yrs experience in management of assets in Fund Houses / Insurance co. / Banks / Brokerages.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:

- Good understanding of Money market, Capital markets, Govt. Securities markets
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Strong customer relationship building skills and Presentation skill
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and high energy personality.
