**Job Description: MIS & Accounts Executive**

**Location**: Mumbai, India
**Experience**: 1 year in loan entries, MIS reporting, and accounts management in the banking or financial services sector

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to banking operations.
- Generate and analyze data for loan entries, reconciliations, and key financial metrics.
- Design and update dashboards to track performance indicators specific to the banking sector.
- **Accounts and Financial Management**:

- Handle accurate loan entries and maintain detailed financial records for banking transactions.
- Assist in managing accounts receivables, payables, and reconciliations specific to banking operations.
- Support in preparation of financial statements and compliance reports aligned with banking regulations.
- **Loan Processing**:

- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for loans and banking transactions.
- Verify and audit loan documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain loan repayment schedules and generate reports for senior management.
- **Banking Sector Coordination**:

- Liaise with internal banking teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in monitoring banking operations, including credit and loan disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and RBI guidelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in MIS reporting, loan entries, and accounts management within the banking or financial services sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Familiarity with banking software (Core Banking Systems, Finacle, or similar) and accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in banking operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of banking compliance and operational processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
