**You will join our dynamic HR operations team**

As our new Global Payroll expert, you will be part of HR operations team closely working with payroll and benefits team. In this role, you will report to the team lead-Payroll and Global Mobility. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
**Payroll Processing**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities for USA, UK and Europe, including but not limited to data entry, payroll calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including Full time and contract employees
- Coordinate with HR to onboard new employees and ensure accurate setup in the payroll system.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, terminations, and adjustments to salary or benefits.
- Support year-end processes, including issuing W-2s, P60s, and other required documents

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with

relevant laws and guidelines.
- Generate reports and provide insights on payroll-related metrics, trends, and costs to

support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax and Legal, as required, for all GL and financial accounting reporting matters

**Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrolment, changes, and claims processing.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely billing and

reconciliation.

**Operational Support**:

- Support various operational functions, such as procurement, vendor management, and

facilities maintenance, as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking to ensure efficient use of

resources.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and reconcile payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Handling query and discussion with employees.

- Proven work experience as Payroll expert in US, UK and Europe.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization and across functional areas.
- Good command over Microsoft Office Suite including advance excel
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems(ADP, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in the USA, UK, and Europe along with a work experience of 5-7 years in payroll processing in a multi country environment (preferably USA, UK and Europe)
- Excellent attention to detail and data analytical
