Job Description The selected consultant will be required to support f or

:

- To coordinate development cycle like prototype, Supplier and testing agencies.
- To Participate in vehicle build & issue reso lution
- To select connectors, wires, coverings, parking clips/clamps. etc as per vehicle & considering surround
- To make primary Fuse Distribution Strategy, Ground Strategy
- To prepare 3D wiring Harness route
- Packaging requirement generation for wiring harn ess in vehicle DMU
- To prepare wiring harness 2D drawing in CHS
- To prepare wiring harness modules \ TPLs in PLM Teamcenter
- DFM, DFA, DFS document preparation & sign off
- To Make necessary changes as per DMU feedback from vehicle integration, Plant, Service Team
- To prepare Information Fitment Drawing & make necessary action as per plant, service feedbackPreferred Skills & Knowledge Primarily Skill : 1) Catia 3D & 2D Electrical Module, Sheet Metal & Assembly2) CHS 2D drawing preparation.3) Can Architecture4) Teamcenter visualisation operatingMust have : Automotive Electrical & Electronics Domain with EV & Fuel cell vehiclesWiring Harn ess Design & Development processWiring Harness Manufacturing processVehicle TroubleshootingE&E system Integration knowledge
- Han ds on Experience Electrical and Electronics aggregate Packing
- Experience in design of 2D drafting, 3d modelling & Vehicle level DM U.
- Thorough knowledge of Catia V5 Mechanical module along with Sheet metal, Surface modules are preferable. Good Understanding o f packing standard like, GD & T, Gap and flushness, stack up analysis, DVA etc.
- Knowledge of quality process such as DFMEA, DFA, D FM, DFS 8D etc.
