**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic and personal challenges.
- Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their goals and interests.
- Provide guidance on course selection and help students understand graduation requirements.
- Evaluate students' strengths and weaknesses through assessments and surveys.
- Facilitate workshops on topics such as study skills, time management, and career exploration.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student success.
- Stay informed about state and national educational trends, strategies, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working in an educational setting or with adolescents preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to support students' personal and academic growth.
- Ability to conduct assessments and interpret educational data effectively.
- Familiarity with college admissions processes and career counseling resources.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹9,325.40 - ₹31,268.82 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
