Job Title**:Counsellor - Education Sales | 20 Vacancies | Kolkata (Salt Lake Sector 5)**

We are looking for **motivated Counsellors** to connect with students and professionals, provide course details, and convert leads into confirmed enrollments. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling students, and achieving monthly admission targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information on courses, admission process, and career outcomes.
- Counsel students & parents to ensure lead conversion into admissions.
- Manage the complete **admission sales cycle** (lead → enrollment → onboarding).
- Achieve **minimum 15 admissions per month**.
- Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
- Participate in events, webinars, and information sessions.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 4 years
- **Background**: Sales / Educational Sales / Insurance (preferred)
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Proven ability to perform in a **target-driven environment**:

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about education
